Hello and welcome to The Inside Out Project! I’m Jessica, the heart and founder of this special space. The Inside Out Project was born from my deeply personal journey of overcoming challenges with mental health, childhood trauma, and self-confidence.

 

From these experiences grew a heartfelt desire to empower and uplift others, leading me to discover the life-changing impact of mindset work and personal growth.

Through this journey, I became a Mindset Life Coach & a Certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant, working with the renowned Thinking Into Results program and embracing the power of the Law of Attraction. This approach transformed my life and inspired me to create a business that helps others achieve their dreams through self-awareness, an abundance mindset, and intentional manifestations.

 

For almost 20 years, I worked in the sales industry within large American corporations, building a successful career grounded in ambition and dedication. Along the way, I earned certifications in leadership and coaching, enhancing both my professional and personal growth. I’ve also embraced a range of transformative training programs that have shaped my journey and fueled my passion for empowering others.

 

As a woman in the corporate world, I know firsthand the struggles of self-doubt, the pressure to perform, and the challenge of finding balance between work and family life. These experiences have shaped my approach, making me deeply passionate about supporting other women and professionals who face similar challenges.
